🚨Important Policy Update🚨

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations caused by emergencies,🚑weather conditions,🌪️and sudden changes in plans, ✈️I’ve implemented new policies to ensure fairness for both parties and the sustainability of my business. Please take a moment to review them:

❗️Cancellation Policy**

A formal cancellation policy is now in place. Details will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled charter, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 50% of the total charter cost (excluding the deposit). For example, if your charter is 💵$500 and you paid a 💵$100 deposit, canceling within 14 days will result in a charge of 💸$250 in addition to the non-refundable 💵$100 deposit. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit only.

‼️Rescheduling Policy**

I now also have a rescheduling policy. Please familiarize yourself with it to avoid any misunderstandings.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and we aim to accommodate your needs. However, due to the difficulty of filling spots on short notice, the following rescheduling policy applies:

- If you reschedule within 14 days of your booked date, you will be charged 50% of the charter’s value. This amount will be credited toward your new booking.

- If you reschedule more than 14 days in advance, there will be no charge for the first reschedule. However, any subsequent reschedule will incur a fee of 50% of the charter’s value.

3. **Booking Deposit**

For “ALL” bookings, a **non-refundable deposit of 💵$100** is required at the time of reservation.

If you are booking for **multiple days (more than two)**, a **50% deposit** of the total trip cost will be required.

As this is my primary source of income, last-minute cancellations and changes directly affect my livelihood.🏡 While I understand that life happens and plans change, these policies are now in place to protect both your experience and my business. NOTE we strongly recommend catch and release if you are out to fill the cooler we are not the right charter for you!
If you want to keep 1 for dinner that’s never a problem we just encourage conservation!
